Mission
A&Y Birthday Blessings is a statewide community initiative serving children ages 3–12 facing financial hardship in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties.
Our signature Birthday in a Box program ensures every child feels celebrated by providing:

We partner with shelters and community organizations to celebrate multiple children at once, creating inclusive, joyful events. Beyond birthday celebrations, families are connected to essential community resources, including housing support, food banks, counseling, and educational services.
Our programs incorporate social-emotional learning (SEL), hands-on service activities, and educational enrichment, empowering students, fostering empathy, and strengthening their communities.
