The Community Celebration Program is a referral-based, community-partnered initiative designed to provide meaningful birthday celebrations for children experiencing financial hardship and housing instability. The program prioritizes children and families connected to shelters, transitional housing programs, and other community-based support organizations.

This program is not open for direct family application. Instead, participants are identified and referred through approved community partners who help coordinate access and hosting opportunities. This structure ensures that the program reaches children most in need while maintaining strong coordination with trusted service providers.

The Community Celebration Program is currently in an early implementation phase and is designed to be flexible in location and delivery. While the primary focus is shelter and transitional housing environments, future expansion may include additional vetted community-based settings as partnerships develop.

Each celebration is thoughtfully coordinated with community partners and local contributors to create a joyful, structured birthday experience. These celebrations may include themed décor, interactive activities, entertainment, birthday treats, and recognition moments designed to ensure every child feels seen, valued, and included.
