At A&Y Birthday Blessings, we believe every child deserves to feel celebrated, supported, and valued, regardless of their circumstances.

For families experiencing financial hardship, creating meaningful moments for their children can sometimes feel out of reach. When basic needs take priority, there may be little room for birthday celebrations, books, enrichment opportunities, or experiences that bring families together. We believe joy, learning, and connection should never feel like luxuries.

That is why we exist.

Our work is rooted in the belief that celebration, literacy, creativity, practical life skills, and community connection can help children feel seen, encouraged, and inspired to grow. Through Birthday in a Box, Read & Celebrate Storytime, Beyond the Box Workshops, and connections to community resources, we create meaningful experiences that support children while helping families feel connected to their communities.

Every program we offer is intentional. We strive to foster joy, confidence, creativity, curiosity, hope, and a sense of belonging while reminding children and families that they matter.
